This boxed set named Couleurs du Poivre (Colours of Pepper) will make you discover four pepper varieties with different colours: Sarawak black pepper and Sarawak white pepper from Malaysia, Tamata green pepper from Madagascar and red pepper from Cambodia.

The Sarawak black pepper is of extremely rare quality, with substantially refined aromas, fresh notes of lime and tropical fruit, sweet notes of figs, raspberries and flowers with a hint of resin. With a beautiful balance between warmth and acidity, this pepper develops wonderfully in the mouth with an exceptional presence.

The Sarawak white pepper is very rare. Its elegant beige robe is accompanied by a powerful and very pleasant bouquet with fresh, woody and delicately acidic notes. Very present in the mouth with liquorice notes and underwood, it is a very harmonious and refined pepper.

Originating from Madagascar, the roasted Tamata green pepper is naturally dehydrated under the sun, without any chemical additive and hardly roasted. That is why it has to be used differently from other green peppers and rehydrated before use. However, just like any black pepper, it can be grounded as is. It is a truly surprising pepper with very fresh, minty and lemony notes reminiscent of pineapple, angelic and fennel.

Originating from the province of Kampot in Cambodia, this red pepper has a brown-red colour and offers very warm and powerful notes. It is a mesmerising pepper with a rare elegance and note of warm bread, citrus, spices and pineapple.
