The Organic cocoa Peru was declared in 2012"a natural heritage of the nation". Peru is not a large producer of cocoa in terms of volume, but the cocoa is of high quality. Thanks to its climate and varied landscape, six of the eight existing varieties of cocoa in the world are grown there. These are the beans produced in the highlands that Pralus has selected.

Be guided by the power and richness of this chocolate to the very strong and spicy aftertaste.

75% cocoa *, sugar *, pure cocoa butter *, soy lecithin GMO in accordance with the regulations on organic production. * Products from organic farming.

Pralus House was founded by Auguste Pralus. He opened his first bakery in 1948 and in 1955 obtained the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France due to his high quality work. Today, it is his son, François Pralus Master Chocolatier who took over the House. Pralus workshops produce over 100 tons of chocolate per year from beans from around the world. The House offers a wide range of pure raw chocolate. Know-how and the tradition of Pralus go further and today the Chocolate factory has its own plantation in Madagascar to provide an increasingly delicious range.
