description

Coming straight from Nepal, the Timut pepper is used for thousands of years on the foothills of the Himalayas. It is a cousin of the Sichuan pepper, whose grains are smaller and darker. Its scent is close to the Sichuan pepper, with incredible touches of passion fruits and a real cortege of citrus fruits. It is a floral pepper, with powerful hints of ancient roses, jasmine and tuberose; with a touch of woodiness and smokiness. Its hotness is comparable to pepper, with an anesthetic effect less important than the Sichuan’s.

Contrary to what can be read, this very popular pepper is not rare. However, the quality that we provide you with, is rare!
