This Japanese mild curry paste is a base to make many traditional Japanese dishes. It is a vegetal paste made of vegetables, condiments and aromatics that perfume the preparations. It is both mild and slightly spicy.

Japanese curry is traditionally prepared with rice, Udon noodles or in stuffed bread recipes.
