This sauce is perfect for making a curry 4 to 6 people.

For Vegetable Curry. Pour Anila's Goan green curry sauce in a saucepan and heat it. Add the vegetables you want (eggplant, zucchini, beans, ..). Add a cup of water and cook for 10-15 minutes.

To give a bit of exotism to your pasta or semolina, add one to two tablespoons of Goan green curry sauce and mix.

Same for rice.

The Goan green curry sauce can also be spread over fish before being barbecued, or used to marinate the fish 30 minutes before frying it. Before serving, add a few drops of lemon juice.

For two people, use half a jar. Add vegetables or potatoes diced. Add a cup of water, cover and cook until it is almost ready. Then add some shrimp or fish and cook for another 5 minutes before serving.
