Max Daumin's pods restitute the scents and savours of freshly picked spices. There is no risk to end up with stale products with a bland taste. Each pod contains the equivalent of a teaspoon. It is perfect for a recipe for four to six people.

This sweet paprika PDO originates from the south of Hungary. It is grown, harvested and transformed in the Szeged region. With a traditional expertise dating from the XVIIth century, this region is renowned as paprika's original cradle. The pepper is picked when ripe starting from the end of August, then posed on racks for two weeks to develop its colour. Finally, it is dried and turned into powder by Max Daumin.

It gives off suave and fruity notes with a light bitterness and a true pepper flavour.
