Rosemary is a Mediterranean aromatic herb, whose southern scents, allied to Fallot mustards and livened up by a hint of maple syrup, will delight your taste buds.

This Rosemary and maple syrup Mustard from Maison Fallot is made following a traditional process, in Beaune, since 1840.The seeds are selected for their quality, and are then grinded in a millstone, as it used to be done in the past, to preserve their flavors.


Water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, rosemary (5%), maple syrup (4%), antioxidant : potassium bisulfite, acidifier: citric acid, spices.

It is at Beaune that the Moutarderie Fallot (the last independent family and estate of Bourgogne) uses its artisan knowledge, passed down from generation to generation since 1840, to make its exceptional mustards. By processing the grains using millstone to preserve all the gustative properties of the paste.
