Gazpacho is a Spanish soup that is served cold or iced. There exists numerous variations of this recipe, the vegetables that are commonly found are cucumbers, tomatoes and onions. Mima wished to offer their own version with green peppers. It is prepared in Gers from organic French products. It contains no GMO, additives, colouring agents and preservatives.
