Less strong than the famous red Tabasco, this green Tabasco is produced from Jalapeno pepper. This pepper from Mexico is harvested when it is still green to avoid it becoming too strong. Close to bell pepper, it is ideal for making Tabasco that is two times less strong than the original red Tabasco while still being at a level of 3/10 on the Scoville scale.

Vinegar, jalapeno pepper, water, salt, corn starch, xanthan and ascorbic acid.
