This tea can be consumed hot or cold. For a hot cup of tea, brew for 3 to 4 minutes at 90°C. For an iced tea, brew for 30 minutes in 1 litre of water at room temperature, then store in a cool place. You could also consume it right after it's done brewing, all you need to do is to add a lot of ice cubes.
