Chorizo is a sausage from the Iberian peninsula made from seasoned pork with salt and pimentón, a variety of paprika that gives chorizo its rusty colour and its slightly fruity taste. Made with free-range pork meat, this chorizo with pimentón is particularly savoury and offers a blend of unique aromas accompanied by spicy notes.

El Bordón chorizos are artisanally made and are nitrite-free.
