This mustard with honey and fig by the Maison Fallot is traditionally made in Beaune since 1840. The seeds, selected for their quality, are ground by stone-milling in order to preserve their savours, just like the times of yore.


Water, mustard seeds, white wine (with sulfites), honey, fig (figs, rice flour), vinegar, salt, mustard teguments, natural aroma, sugar, spices.

It is at Beaune that the Moutarderie Fallot (the last independent family and estate of Bourgogne) uses its artisan knowledge, passed down from generation to generation since 1840, to make its exceptional mustards. By processing the grains using millstone to preserve all the gustative properties of the paste.
