San Daniele hams have long been a bargaining chip with the Venetian empire and writings indicate that hams were delivered to the Royal Court of Hungary.

Its reputation is not due to chance, it will only reinforce the fans of the texture and flavors of San Daniele.

Ham that we offer comes from the oldest factory San Daniele ham and was fined a minimum of 20 months.

Tasting Tips

For an optimal experience, we advise to skin part of the San Daniele ham (by removing the least possible fat part of the rind, which gives flavor to the ham) before slicing very thinly with a slicer and leave at ambient temperature the time of tasting.

Conservation Tips

The San Daniele ham can be kept in a kitchen towel at about 10 °C, ideally in a basement or otherwise in the crisper of the refrigerator.

Once sliced, the San Daniele ham must be consumed quickly.
