Mulot & Petitjean's gingerbread with mustard seeds and bran is a unique gingerbread. While kneading the dough, mustard seeds and mustard bran are added to the preparation. They flavour the whole bread with spices and bring a very appreciated touch of crunchiness in the mouth. This high-quality gingerbread sets itself apart from other traditional gingerbread and can be consumed during the aperitif or as starters.


Honey (50%), rye flour, mustard bran (7%) sulphites, wheat flour, egg yolks, Burgundy mustard seeds (3,5%), baking powder (sodium carbonates), spices, salt, pepper.

Allergens : gluten, eggs, mustard, sulphites. May contain traces of almonds.
