This 4 years old balsamic vinegar of Modena is and obtained from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grape must that has been acetified and fermented. It has been aged in precious wood barrels: sessile oak, chestnut, cherry, ash tree, mulberry, Robinia and juniper.


Cooked grape must*, wine vinegar*.

*Produit issus de l'agriculture biologique. Product from organic farming, without colouring agent, caramel-free and thickener-free.
