The Rum Guyana 2003 was distilled at the Diamond Distillery in a still Distillerym in Versailles, now closed, and then aged in a single barrel in white oak wood.

This rum contains lemon fragrance and cedar raised by a hint of tobacco. On the palate, it is a rather light rum revealing some lemon, clove and old oak.
