For 100g of Gnocchetti:

  • Add about 10g of salt to 1l of soft water.
  • Heat the water until it boils.
  • Put your Gnocchetti in the water and stir with a wooden utensil.
  • Wait until it boils again and let cook for 9 to 11 minutes.
  • Once done, add one ladle of cold water and drain the Gnocchetti.
