This long grain mix rice is a mix of four rice varieties offering a unique texture variety. While the wild Zizzania Palustris black right is more firm and requires a longer chewing time, the white rice offers a tender and melting delight. As for the red-brown rice, it offers to this alliance a nutritious and filling aspect.

Production, meanwhile, combines the old method to new processes to deliver what is best. In fact, rice kernels are shelled by hand in the stone to keep all the nutrients. They are then sorted by color, purity and size, retaining only the best beans. Finally, the rice is vacuum packed to ensure optimum preservation.
