The Altlas 150 is a pasta machine Marcato. It allows you to make tagliatelle (2 mm) and fettuccine (6.5mm) and lasagna (150mm). You can also get rolled out different thicknesses. Its rolls can have 9 different thicknesses of pasta.

Pasta recipe: For 500g of pasta, count 350g semolina. Make a well, add 2 eggs and a pinch of salt. Knead by hand and add a little water if necessary.
