 History
Cousin of the Saint-Marcellin in its production and ripening method but, in a bigger version, richer and creamier The Saint-Félicien is a sheep cheese previously made from uncooked goat’s milk and native of Saint-Félicien, Ardèche. Today it is made in cow's milk raw or pasteurized, it can be made throughout France but is mainly produced in the Rhone and Isere.
