Its texture can also vary according to its degree of refinement from firm to creamy but not runny. Its taste contains a fruity taste of slightly garlicky hazelnuts
 History
Known since the Middle Ages, enjoyed by many kings of France and sung by many writers. This is the Brie de Meaux cheese, who, through the voice of Matternich, Chancellor of Austria, was consecrated "The Prince of cheeses". PDO since 1980
