These Melting Popote pickles revisit the traditional recipe for Creole styled vegetable acars. It is a blend of carrots, white cabbages and onions that are cut the French way and associated with the spicy flavours of garlic, ginger and Espelette pepper. It is an ideal product for spicy recipe enthusiasts.
