This smooth, soft and extremely flavorful Jijona turron is made with 70% of almonds and 18% of honey. This turron is so exquisite that it won the Gold medal during the 12th congress of Lo mejor de la gastronomia. Its making is traditional; almonds are grinded in a granite mill. Finally, its paste is emulsified with a mechanical pestle, which gives it this characteristic smoothness.


Marcona almonds (70%), orange blossom honey (18%), sucgar and egg white.
