Ariake is a very popular Japanese brand in Japan and the United-States. Its promise: making natural broths using high-quality ingredients. Unlike industrial broths, Ariake's broths have the advantage of being prepared with ingredients of natural origin exclusively. They contain no colouring agent, no artificial aromas, no glutamate.

Dashi broth is the foundation of Japanese cuisine. Dashi will reveal umami flavours in your Japanese dishes (miso soups, vegetable broth, noodle dishes) and will give an Asian touch to your more European dishes (lentils, risotto).
