These Pollock and Szechuan peppercorn rillettes are both light and acidulous. Szechuan pepper that is used in this rillettes is, in fact, a berry that doesn't belong to the pepper family but that of lemon. That is why it brings a lemon-flavoured aftertaste and why it blends so well with fish.


Pollock fillets (54%), water, extra-virgin oil, onions, egg yolk, mustard (water, mustard seeds, alcohol vinegar, salt, anti-oxygene : sodium bisulfites, acidifier : citric acid), manioc starch, juice and zest of lemon, smoked and grilled onions, spice, yeast extract, aromatics, Szechuan peppercorn (0,09%).
