A bunch of wine enthusiast friends came together a few years ago to produce wines of domaine de Vénus in St Paul de Fenouillet, wines in the Côtes du Roussillon and Côtes de Roussillon village. This small village located 600 meters above sea level on the foothills of the Corbières sees the sea breezes temper the heat of the summer, thus giving the wines their freshness despite their power.
