Sugar, hazelnuts, almonds, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa paste, skimmed milk powder, acacia gum, soy lecithin, natural vanilla.

Made in a workshop using other nut fruits, milk, soy and sesame.

Since 1636, Mazet realizes this original and unique recipe that made the praslines famous. Prasline Mazet is the oldest candy in France. This is the confectioner Leon Mazet who invented this candy with grilled and caramelized almonds. Their manufacturing takes place in Montargis. Its sweetness can be recognized by their strong caramel smell. These historical pralisnes have a unique taste.
