The Ras el Hanout is a spice mix of about 30 seeds or rhizomes, from the most famous ones (cumin, chili pepper, coriander, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom…), to the most surprising (bouton de rose, tailed pepper, Indian hemp, ash berry…). Its heady perfume is followed by a warm and spicy flavor.
