First, Toz Gold rum was aged in american oak casks before a finish in port casks. It is finally filtered on the charcoal to give more sparkle and brightness. Very atypical, it will surprise and its specific character should enables it to serve basic cocktails that it will bring a beautiful originality.

A powerful nose and mellow with marked accents of vanilla and caramelized fruit, this rum is distinguished by its bright amber color, with lively golden pieces. It reveals its attack lively and fresh in the mouth, and then becomes very soft, with notes of spice and vanilla of great vivacity. Ample and very persistent final , always on freshness, but also with the power fruity.

Elegant and without heaviness, a rum to taste for itself first.
