Rosewood is a globally renowned wood due to its quality and density. Now becoming rarer and rarer, it is now protected on the island of Madagascar. The Compagnie du Miel's beehives, located in the Sofia region, in the north of the island, participate in the preservation of this precious wood.This rosewood honey, harvested by hand, has a beautiful ochre colour and a deliciously smooth texture. It is characterised by fruity and slightly spicy notes whilst remaining delicate in the mouth.
