Its oil is delicate, it is suitable for balsamic vinegars with raw vegetables and is of use as base to preparations of meat. Its color is very light. Its nose is slightly sweetened, we distinguish notes of steamed vegetables. Its taste reminds us the flowers of almond tree. It is one of the richest oil in vitamin E (70 mg for 100g), recognized antioxidant. A table spoonful of sunflower oil covers approximately 60 % of the daily needs of an adult.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 200 grams of corn
  • 200 grams of hearts of plam
  • 200 grams of gambas
  • Balsamic vinegar of Modena
  • Batavia for the decoration
  • Sichuan pepper
  • Fleur de sel

Preparation :

  • Shell the gambas
  • Set the batavia leafs, the corn, the hearts of palm and the gambas in a plate
  • Make a sauce with 3 table spoon of sunflower oil and the balsamic vinegar, add this sauce just before serving.
  • Salez et poivrez
