Shipping methods details
Standard : Your order will be delivered during working hours from monday to saturday included. If you are not present at the address during the delivery, the package will be placed to the closest post office and you will received a notification by mail.
Express : Your order will be delivered during the morning, the next day you placed your order (for all orders confirmed before 11am). If you are not present at this time, the carrier will directly contact you by phone to arrange a suitable time. This time could be, for example, during the same day in the afternoon.
On demand : You can choose to be delivered the day you want and choose between the morning or the afternoon. Delivery on saturday morning without extra charges. If you select this shipping option during checkout, you will be contacted by our customer service to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Express by courier : If your shipping address is in one of the following area : Paris (75) or zipcode 92, 93 or 94, you can be delivered by courier within the same day. For all orders placed before 11am, you will be delivered the same day between 2pm or 6pm, or between 6pm and 10pm. For orders placed before 3pm, you will be delivered the same day between 6pm and 10pm.
- All orders require a signature upon receipt.
- We are not able to redirect orders once it has been shipped.
- Do not forget to check the content of the package delivered before providing your signature. If any product is damaged but the delivery confirmation is signed, we will not be able to refund your products.
- All orders confirmed and paid before 11am are shipped during the same day. A confirmation by email will be sent as soon as your order is shipped. The delivery time presented in the tables above has to be taken into account from this moment.
- The delivery time presented above are provided as guidelines, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Our fresh products are carried in a specific packing that maintains a temperature between +2 to +4°C for at least 48 hours.
All orders that contains at least one fresh product will be shipped using France Express (for France) or UPS (for all other destination in Europe).
