Kaffir lime is originally from Southeast Asia. Dried Kaffir Lime Leaves retain its strong fragrance, between lemon and lime, reminiscent of tangerine peel but without the acidity or bitterness of citrus.

These leaves are used in traditional preparations of Thailand and Malaysia, to flavor rice or roast a chicken. For each preparation, 2-3 leaves are enough.
