Exose is a flavour enhancer, noble origin emanation of grapes, it is an ideal companion both in the kitchen in mixologie. The grapes necessary for its development are harvested in autumn, sorted and pressed. After evaporation of water, a liquid concentrate grape sugar is extracted and is refined, according to the desired end product.
