Toussaint gingerbread with AOC Isere walnuts: For walnut lovers, it is a true discovery. Coming from Isere, the cerneaux (walnuts taken out of the shell before ripe) are selected for their gourmet quality and are slightly roasted in order to liven up the association with Toussaint gingerbreads. Deliciously incorporated to the paste at the end of the kneading, you will find real and beautiful walnut chunks, it is the ideal gingerbread for cheese, lightly toasted and served on a bed of lettuce, or simply just as dessert.


Honey, rye flour, eggs, butter, sugar, baking flour, spices, AOC walnuts, emulsifier (lactoglycerides, E477), raising powder (sodium carbonate, diphosphates), glucose syrup, milk powder, salt, lactoserum powder, ntural aromas. MAde in a workshopt where aggs, milk, sesame seeds, cereals and nuts are used.
