Made from Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Mammolo vintage, this Chianti wine has fermented in stainless tubs for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 30°C. It is then aged for 30 days in its bottle.

It offers a ruby red colour, an intense aroma, and a vibrant and fresh flavour. It possesses a light violet and red fruit flavour. The aftertaste is fruity and pleasant.

Ingredients

Vintages : Sangiovese (80%), Canaiolo (10%), Mammolo (10%).

Alcohol: 14%.

To be consumed with moderation.
