This blend by Max Daumin revisits the typically Mediterranean bouquet garni: the dominant rosemary, thyme and laurel have been enhanced by a hint of fenugreek of which the flavour is reminiscent of leeks, coriander and onions. Each of these six spices has been selected from French producers.
